1. Acceptance of Terms

TaskPost ("the Platform") is operated by Akunoshi Advertising Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16933626, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To use TaskPost, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Reddit account that meets our requirements (200+ karma, 1+ month old)
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be located in a restricted jurisdiction

3. Account Requirements

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Verify your Reddit and Discord accounts as required
• Create only one account per person
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Task Completion and Submissions

When accepting and completing tasks, you agree to:

• Complete tasks exactly as specified in the task requirements
• Submit your work within the specified deadlines
• Provide genuine, unmanipulated screenshots when required
• Not use bots, automation, or fake engagement to complete tasks
• Not edit or delete your Reddit posts before task completion
• Follow Reddit's Terms of Service and community guidelines
• Comply with the rules of each subreddit where you post

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts
• Share or sell your account
• Use bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Manipulate screenshots or submission evidence
• Engage in vote manipulation or fake engagement
• Post spam, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to defraud or deceive the Platform or other users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access restricted parts of the Platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

6. Payments and Withdrawals

Regarding payments:

• Earnings are credited to your wallet upon task approval
• Minimum withdrawal amount is $5.00 USD
• Withdrawals are processed manually within 24-72 hours
• You are responsible for providing accurate payout details (wallet addresses, PayPal/GCash details, or UPI ID)
• UPI withdrawals are currently available only to users in India
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect payout details
• Withdrawal fees (if any) are covered by TaskPost
• We reserve the right to verify identity before processing large withdrawals

7. Task Review and Rejection

We reserve the right to:

• Review all task submissions before approval
• Reject submissions that do not meet requirements
• Request additional information or evidence
• Withhold payment for fraudulent or incomplete submissions
• Cancel tasks at any time with or without notice

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Create multiple accounts
• Use automation or manipulation tools
• Fail to comply with Reddit's Terms of Service
• Provide false information

Upon termination, you forfeit any pending earnings, and we are not obligated to provide refunds or compensation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by TaskPost or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without our express written permission. When completing tasks, you grant us a license to use your submissions for review and verification purposes.

10. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the Platform
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding cryptocurrency value or transaction success

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TaskPost SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE EARNED ON THE PLATFORM IN THE PAST 30 DAYS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaskPost, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including Reddit's Terms of Service.

13. Third-Party Services

TaskPost integrates with third-party services including Reddit, Discord, and cryptocurrency wallets. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of third-party services.

14. Cryptocurrency Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Cryptocurrency values are volatile and may fluctuate
• Transactions are irreversible and cannot be refunded
• We are not responsible for losses due to market volatility
• You are responsible for understanding the tax implications of cryptocurrency earnings
• You must comply with local laws regarding cryptocurrency

15. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before commencing court proceedings, the parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation by contacting us via the Support page.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
